    La Région Wallonne, Microsoft et Proximus annoncent un nouveau partenariat dans le Microsoft Innovation Center

    Le Ministre du Numérique, Pierre-Yves Jeholet, et Microsoft annoncent le renouvellement de leur engagement dans le Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) qui a désormais pour mission la transformation numérique des métiers et des PME wallonnes. Proximus rejoint le partenariat public-privé et devient un partenaire structurel du centre d'innovation pour une durée de 5 ans. Premier fruit de ce partenariat, l'IoTLab qui proposera un espace d'expérimentation autour de l'Internet des Objets. Lire plus

    Le Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) présente son bilan 2015-2016. Au-delà de l'activité intense du centre d'innovation, la rencontre entre étudiants, développeurs et PME a permis d'enregistrer des résultats impressionnants tels que une quarantaine de prototypes et la mise à l'emploi de 90% des étudiants, à la sortie de leurs études.     Het Microsoft Innovation Center (MIC) presenteert zijn balans 2015-2016. Naast de intense activiteiten van het innovatiecentrum leidden ontmoetingen tussen studenten, ontwikkelaars en KMO’s tot indrukwekkende resultaten, zoals een veertig-tal prototypes en jobs voor 90% van de studenten na afloop van hun studies. Het Digital Boostcamp, een programma voor digitale transformatie, bedoeld voor bedrijfsleiders van KMO’s, laat eveneens de eerste positieve resultaten optekenen. Lees meer

    A propos du Microsoft Innovation Center

    Le Microsoft Innovation Center est une asbl située à Mons, issue d’un partenariat entre le secteur public (Région Wallonne) et le secteur privé (Microsoft), ayant pour objectif d’encourager le développement d’entreprises wallonnes grâce à la technologie. Fondé en 2008, il occupe actuellement 6 personnes, sous la direction de Xavier Bastin.

    Depuis 2015, le centre d'innovation se concentre sur 3 priorités:

    • Apprendre: Préparer aux besoins et compétences de demain;
    • Tester: Etre un laboratoire d'innovation technologique et business;
    • Transformer: Contribuer à la transformation numérique des entreprises wallonnes.

    Il s'adresse en particuliers à 3 publics:

    • les (futurs) développeurs;
    • les étudiants;
    • les entrepreneurs et dirigeants de PME.
