    Baromètre ADEB 2017: Face au désinvestissement des régions et au manque cruel de personnel qualifié, les patrons de la construction s’inquiètent

    L’Association des Entrepreneurs Belges de Grands Travaux (ADEB) publie son Baromètre Annuel et fait le point sur le financement des infrastructures publiques belges.
    Elle partage le constat suivant:

    • Désinvestissement des pouvoirs publics dans les infrastructures ;
    • Parc d’infrastructures vieillissant ; 70% des ponts belges ont plus de 35 ans ;
    • 1 entreprise sur 5 déclare sa situation préoccupante ou mauvaise ;
    • 81% des entreprises devraient engager du personnel dans l’année mais la moitié d’entre elles craignent de ne pas trouver de personnel qualifié.

    De Vereniging der Belgische Aannemers van Grote Bouwwerken (VBA) publiceert haar Jaarlijkse Barometer en maakt de balans op van de financiering van de Belgische publieke infrastructuur.
    Zij stelt het volgende vast:

    • Aanzienlijke inperking van de overheidsinvesteringen in infrastructuur;
    • Verouderende infrastructuur: 70% van de Belgische bruggen zijn meer dan 35

    jaar oud;
    • 1 onderneming op 5 bevestigt haar zorgwekkende of penibele toestand;
    • 81% van de ondernemingen zou dit jaar nog personeel moeten aanwerven, maar de helft vreest dat ze geen geschoold personeel zal vinden.
